1. Return Conditions

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we must maintain strict hygiene standards for the health and safety of all our customers:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • All original tags and “Luxury for your skin” branding must be intact and attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items like individual panties or adhesive accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. 7-Day Return Window

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. How to Start a Return

To begin the process, please reach out to us through the following channel:

  • Please include your order number and the reason for the return so our fit experts can assist you.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

5. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size in our honeymoon dresses or babydolls, we offer one free exchange per order to ensure you find your perfect fit.

6. Return Shipping

  • We offer easy returns for all our customers.
  • Please ensure items are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
