1. Return Conditions
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we must maintain strict hygiene standards for the health and safety of all our customers:
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and “Luxury for your skin” branding must be intact and attached.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items like individual panties or adhesive accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. 7-Day Return Window
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
3. How to Start a Return

- Please include your order number and the reason for the return so our fit experts can assist you.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges
- If you need a different size in our honeymoon dresses or babydolls, we offer one free exchange per order to ensure you find your perfect fit.
6. Return Shipping
- We offer easy returns for all our customers.
- Please ensure items are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
